BAPC Online Competition Powered by Contest.is Platform

San Francisco Bay Area (April 23, 2012) Founded in 2008 by Mario “Rio” Flores, Bay Area Producers Conference (BAPC) was created to bring the Bay Area music community together as a major networking event and attract industry professionals from the leading metropolitan entertainment areas.

BAPC has a strong emphasis on music producers and music production, i.e., artists, bands, engineers, producers, songwriters.  However, the conference also caters to the creative interests and business needs of film makers, screen-writers, fashion designers, managers, taste makers, and aspiring entrepreneurs.

This year, BAPC’s 4th annual conference is scheduled to take place over a 3-day period, i.e., September 28, 29, and 30 2012.    The company has scheduled a series of online voting competitions that will culminate in winning a VIP Pass to the events and the ability to present/perform in the category showcases.
Contest entries will be open from Monday April 30 2012 11:55 PM until Monday May 21, 2012 11:55 PM.

Interested entrants will have the ability to submit entries directly through the Contest.is platform, and BAPC will pre-select all entries for the online contests.  Voting will kick off on Tuesday May 22, 2012 11:55 PM through Tuesday, June 12, 2012 11:55 PM. Voting is allowed once a day per online contest category (i.e., Artists|Bands, Short Film, Fashion Designers and/or Beat Battle) with a Twitter or Facebook account.

BAPC is excited about extending their brand awareness by sponsoring these online competitions.  But more importantly, Flores expresses excitement about the wide spread exposure artists will receive prior to the September 2012 conference through participation in the BAPC online competitions.  For more information follow @BAPC on Twitter
